There was a ‘pamper’ day round our village hall and Pauline, my wife, was having her nails done and mentioned crystal healing.

I went with no expectations of anything other than a nice chat and perhaps a coffee. But, I was amazed. So, it makes sense that crystals would have an affect. I now wear a rose quartz as a pendant and clean it each week in a ‘singing bowl’. I accept this sounds a bit ‘tree huggy’, but as you know, as an ex-engineer, I wouldn’t do something unless it actually worked. I don’t think it is psychosomatic, but if it is, who cares.
